The name Raffaello is a tribute made to the father of the Vogadori brothers. It is a tribute wine, born from the idea of obtaining a decisive wine like Amarone, but decidedly soft. It has an intense ruby red color.

It is a wine made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta and Negrara grapes.

It comes from Amarone grapes dried for 4 months and then aged in cherry barriques for 6/8 months. Fermentation takes place in steel containers using the natural yeasts present in the grapes and takes about 50 days.

On the nose it presents itself with intense and decisive aromas, like a wine of remarkable fruit with hints of cherry, black cherry and dried flowers.

On the palate hints of ripe fruit, cherry, dried flowers return. It is an elegant and very persistent wine.

Excellent to combine with spiced cheeses and gorgonzola. Excellent also with game or important red meats or as a meditation wine. The recommended serving temperature is between 16 and 18 ° C
