Recioto is a ruby red wine with violet hues. Warm, velvety with hints of cherry to combine with an excellent dessert. It is a splendid ideal dessert wine with dry sweets and biscuits.

It comes from the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta and Negrare grapes

The selection of the best grapes is still done manually and, respecting tradition, wooden crates and racks are still used. The grapes are left to dry until January / February in dry and well-ventilated rooms. The pressing takes place, depending on the vintage, in late January or early February. Fermentation takes place in steel containers following the natural method in a dedicated room with controlled temperature.

On the nose it has aromas of remarkable finesse, marmalated and with hints of cherry.

In the mouth it is very balanced and recalls ripe fruit and black cherry; warm and enveloping but at the same time refreshing. Remarkable length and persistence.

It is an excellent dessert wine, ideal to accompany sweets or biscuits. It is served at a temperature between 16 and 18 ° C
