The cuvée dei Frati is an excellently successful experiment of innovation, attentive to the prestige of the winery and Ca dei Frati and the maximum expression of the territory and typical local product. Distinguished by the marked acidity and flavor of the autochthonous grapes of the Garda Riviera, it is easily combined with the best Italian sparkling wines. Produced with Turbiana grapes and a 10% Chardonnay touch capable of rounding the edges of the native grape variety. After a 24-month break on the lees, in the bottle, the sparkling wine takes on great finesse. The winemaking process involves a direct pressing of the grapes with a part of fermentation carried out in steel and part in barrique.

From a technical point of view, the Cuvée dei Frati is characterized by the alcohol content of 13.00 percentage volumes, the overall acidity is 6.70 grams per liter, while the dry residue is 20.2 grams per liter. The organoleptic notes give us a cuvée with a fine and persistent perlage, of wide continuity. The color is golden yellow, with green reflections given by the barrique. The aromas are fragrant, of toasted bread and hazelnuts, then hay and seasoned tobacco are perceived. On the palate it is silky and round. Really pleasant. The fruit blends well with the notes of toasted bread and hazelnut.

The cuvée dei Frati is an aperitif wine, it goes well with the whole meal as long as it is not combined with dishes that are excessively full of flavor. It should be served chilled at around 10 ° C in tapered glasses or tall and wide.
