Molinara Veneto is a rosé, soft and mineral wine. It is a very fresh wine, pleasant to drink even on summer evenings. 
 It is made from 100% Molinara grapes 
 Fermentation was done with only the must without the skins, so the wine has a beautiful pink color and does not become a red. The vinification is the same as in Valpolicella, but with only Molinara grapes. Being a mineral wine, very fruity, it ages in steel tanks. It is bottled with synthetic corks to best preserve its freshness, minerality and fruit. 
 The scent is intense and fragrant. 
 When tasted, it has a floral and fruity taste, with good persistence. 
 Excellent as an aperitif or to pair with delicate fish dishes or soups. We recommend serving at a temperature between 11 and 16 ° C 
 Alcoholic strength: 12% Vol.
